How to Apply

Application Guidelines for Admission

At Kidozone, we believe in a smooth and transparent admission process. Kindly follow the steps outlined below and ensure the completion of all required formalities before the due date.

Fill the Admission Form

Complete the form with accurate details after carefully reading the instructions..

Submit the Form

Hand in the form to our Admission In-Charge along with the necessary documents listed below:

Photographs: One recent, smiling, color passport-size photograph of the child, pasted on the form.
School Reports: Certified copies of school reports for the past three years (if applicable).
Birth Certificate: A certified true copy of the child’s birth certificate (do not submit the original).
Proof of Residence: A photocopy of proof of residence.

Steps to Apply for Admission

Age Eligibility

For admission in Kidozone, we normally expect the child to have completed the following age as on the 30th September of the academic year against the respective classes, as follows:

Play group	2 years
Nursery	3 years
Jr. Kg.	4 years
Sr. Kg	5 years

The Principal will take decisions for children having slight variation in the age eligibility factor after taking an undertaking from the parents that the child may be shifted to a lower class or retained in the same class in case the child is unable to cope with the requirements of the grade.

Note: In cases where the child’s age varies slightly from the above criteria, the Principal may take a decision after receiving an undertaking from the parents regarding possible adjustments in the class based on the child’s ability to cope.

Admissions are granted solely at the discretion of the school’s management.
Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Priority is given to siblings.
Any attempt to influence the admission process may result in the rejection of the application.
If no seats are available, your application will be placed on the waiting list.
